Day 4 through 8

I have been one lazy mofo with updating this blog. Well, for a few days I didn't have access to the computer, so I have a good excuse.

I went to Napa for the weekend with Eugy and I have to admit, the diet went out the window. I mean, we were in NAPA! I didn't have my juicer or yogurt packs. But I did manage to at least curb the portions that I was taking in. And surprisingly, when I returned to San Francisco, I hadn't gained any weight. GOOD! We did do a lot of walking while in Napa. We also soaked in the natural mineral water heated pool at Indian Springs and I got a body polish. Maybe some of this helped.

Monday:

Weigh in: 125 lbs

I was back to juicing for breakfast. Juiced 2 apples and 1 pear. Very yummy. Ate an artichoke/white truffle spread, red bell pepper and spinach pressed sandwich for lunch with a glass of water. Chicken nabe for dinner.

Tuesday:

Weigh in: 124 lbs

Orange juice and a bagel for breakfast. Yes yes. I know bagels are bad, but I was craving something wholesome. Something of substance. Cuban sandwich for lunch. A little bit of pho broth and some noodles for dinner. And a few pieces of shrimp cake. Not too much food.
